There are so many tasks at both local schooling shows and recognized events. Which one is right for you? Competition volunteers include set up / tear down, ring stewards, jump judges, scribes, timers, score runners, scorers, equipment checkers, office help, awards, and more.

Stay for the hands on USDF Scribe Training Presentation

A scribe records the scores and comments made by a dressage judge.  This training for scribes includes hands-on practice with test videos and scoresheets. This lecture also covers the responsibilities of scribing, the scoring process, errors, requirements for classes and helpful tips.

¨     10:30-10:45          Short Break

¨     10:45-11:30          Ring Stewarding by EIDEA member Carol Mundschenk

¨     11:30-12:15          USEA Volunteer Training Video Presentations – watch & discuss

¨     12:15-1:00            Pizza & Salad Lunch Party!!

¨     1:00-3:00               USDF Scribe Training (led by EIDEA board member Alex Novotny Pasker)
